Rep2 – Reprioritizing Every Priority is a radically new approach to understand deliverable priorities so that the user can then holistically evaluate their importance to execute necessary action.
To achieve this huge mission, we started off from the base line that every message carries its importance and has the power to change the priority of the conversation and we focused on giving the simplest set of controls that can change the priority of the conversation or grab attention on information needed for the event few weeks away by selecting appropriate priority setting.
The whole concept of the app is designed to give user an understanding of sender’s expectation which then user can reevaluate and act upon.

Why use Rep2?

Constantly surfaces the most important deliverable unlike traditional approach where a priority is set and new input importance is not considered.
Ability to assign “Priority” setting enables user to send an important message and be assured it gets the expected importance.
“NOW” and “ASAP” has notification sound whereas “CAN WAIT” and “FYI” don’t, this is particularly useful for people who work different hours and want to send progress without immediately disturbing the recipient.
“MODE” is easy to select and gives current situation of user to sender, hence enabling sender to decide the priority of the message accordingly.
Events on the schedule are based on the priority of the message sent within whereas Events on Calendar are in the order of time.
Ability to create Changeable and Unchangeable Events. Changeable events give the power for both the parties to Reschedule it until it is mutually feasible whereas Unchangeable events are not reschedulable.
